 Setting up a Recruitment Policy
 Organizing and Managing 4 open days (Advertising - Sources - Budget - Interview process - Selection process - Reports)
 Interviewing more than 30 Candidates
 Screening Resumes more than 2500
 Obtaining the Requests number of employment applications from Managers of departments
 Responsible for staffing needs with Technical Managers
 Responsible for the new Job Advertising
 Monitor the status of incoming and outgoing calls with the Customer Service Department
 Following up on the interview process status
 Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
 Monitor of accepted candidates with the technical office to be hire
 Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, job fairs
 Completing timely reports on employment activity
