• Supervise cutting and deportation process of one of the damaged burned tanks to prepare the site
work required for the establishment of an alternative tank.
• Manage all works related to the burned tank with a capacity of 10, 000m3 (draft drawings,
manufacturing, erection, sand blasting, painting, testing).
• Supervisor on the inspection and repair of the steam boilers, softeners and cooling towers in the
industrial water production line.
• Develop a work plan for the project, securing the necessary resources, and determine timelines for
each activity in the project using Ms. Project.
• Draft the necessary drawings for tank construction as well as piping drawings for fuel oil plant.
• Ensure that all the works adhere to international standers and codes related.
• Filling periodic reports for the board regrading progress of the work.
• Work with different engineering software i.e., Solidworks, ANSYS, AMETank, PV elite, Pipenet,
Aspen EDR, Aspen Hysys, HTRI….
• Study and design static equipment for Petroleum industries such as (Tanks _ heat exchanger _
heater_ pressure vessel….) depending on standers and references related.
• Coordinate with my team members to make a plan for projects.
• Export plans for projects related to design and follow up with the executing workshop to monitor
and evaluate the work.
• Filling periodic reports for the board regrading progress of the work in the department.
• Check and interpret the design drawings for all types of vessels and mechanical construction parts.
• Explain the required manufacturing steps to the manpower and monitor the project.
• Make a plan for projects before beginning the fabrication including (resources, schedule, welding
sequences….)
• Supervise the fabrication work in the workshop.
• Check and inspect the fabrication procedures with the quality control (Welding, milling,
dimensions, cutting, assembling) to confirm the correspondence with the related specification.
• Direct the work team to execute all recommendation issued by management.
