Cement Opration

- Facilitator of dialogue sessions for the project of recycling waste and converting it into energy positive
- Reports writings related to the sessions including but not limited to (Minutes of Meetings, summary keynotes, discussions, etc.).
- Prepare the PowerPoint presentations for the dialogue sessions.
- Prepare activities related to waste recycling to increase the effectiveness of the sessions

- Responsible for the solid waste recycling project within the Hashemite district, in partnership with the Hashemite University.
- Responsible for the operations teams concerned with the field survey process within the Al-Hashemiya district to collect data through the questionnaire on the question of how to manage and dispose of waste, and to collect those opinions for the purposes of scientific research for the project.
- Monitoring the organization and management of the data entry process and the statistical analysis of the entered data and the data collected from within the concerned area.
- Organizing meetings with the concerned engineers and administrators within the Hashemite Municipality and the professors and administrators within the Hashemite University, to develop appropriate strategies to obtain the best results.
- Conducting specialized training for the trainees on the field survey, explaining the questionnaire mechanism, and clarifying some points and questions within it.
- Holding seminars and lectures for the local community regarding the danger of waste and the benefit of its recycling on the physical and environmental levels.
- Supervising the holding of a free hydroponics course for field survey participants in partnership with the farmers of the company affiliated with the Jordanian Agricultural Engineers Association
- I conduct focus group sessions to review and evaluate all procedures continuously to ensure the sustainability of the work.

Monitoring the project and follow up with the management on the implementation progress.

o Training farmers in appropriate farming methods and tools and how to deal with agricultural crops.

Doing the transformers services for our staff.

o Arrived the helpful tools for Syrian people in the Zaatari camp.

o Follow up of the maintenance works in the camp.
