Responsibilities:
1-Responsible for all procurement Reports (Saving Report-Material
Request Tracing sheet-POs tracking sheet-Following up report for
material delivery)
2-Coordinate among procurement Department and (Technical office-cost
estimation- -Planning Department- all sites management in KSA)
3- Making looks ahead plan for Materials/sample submittals for all
projects in KSA.
4- Review all POs and Contracts.
5-Review all Comparison Sheets for all PO`s/Contracts before issued.
6-Coordinate work between Cairo office department and KSA
1- Responsible for mechanical activities at site (pumps-pipe lines-firefighting-HVAC-equipments) .
2- Responsible for technical office activities (submittals for DWG & MAT& DOC and SUB-WIRs-MIRs)
3- Coordination among designer, consultant, site team.
4- Solving technical issues with the project designer (INTECSA)and site team.
5- Following up progress in the project according to the time schedule.
1-Responsible for supplying and installation of air conditions networks (chilled water system & air handling
units & split units and compressed air network) to UNILEVER branch in Egypt (DREAM factory)
2- Responsible for supplying and installation of Firefighting network with all accessories in FEMCO BASE
factory.
3- Responsible for supplying and installation of air conditions network (chilled water system & air handling
units for TARGO CHIEM factory.
