• Participate in the recruitment strategy with OD team to implement the manpower plan for the organization.
• Manage channels of talent acquisition that would best fit NUPCO’s strategy, manpower plan, required capabilities and career portal.
• Establish a strong understanding of the talent markets that are being targeted by NUPCO.
• Source by Using recruitment channels such as: (LinkedIn, Bayt, Career portal) to research potential candidates.
• Handling all levels of positions (Juniors - Professionals - Seniors).
• Review and shortlisted the right fit resumes to determine suitability of candidates.
• Arrange for the interview of candidates with the business to assess if candidate fits the vacancy.
• Prepare the job offer including negotiation and benchmark evaluation.
• facilitate pre-employment medical check-up and on-boarding process.
• Prepare periodic reports and maintain these reports relative to the TA department activities and achievements.
• Handling the recruiting for Junior - Professional - Senior level positions.
