•Construction of Al Aqsa University building including water, sewerage and electricity, it includes the work of the fourth phase of the project to establish Salah al-Din Street, the entrance to the north fork of Maghazi (St.24 + 800) to the south of Gaza Valley Bridge (St.28 + 800) width 53 meters and a total length of about 4 kilometers and includes the following:
•Rain water lines.
•Communication lines.
•Electricity low pressure and high pressure and lighting network.
•The work of future extensions
•Sewage system works.
•Construction of 5 wells
•Water network business.
•The work of the road number four axes.
•Two axis Services includes two lanes + lane for parking.
