• Greeting customers and scheduling service appointments.
• Cataloguing customers concerns and comments.
• Writing service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs.
• Translating customers’ repair problems into standard repair terminology.
• Explaining repairs to customers.
• Test-driving vehicles to confirm service repairs.
• Estimating the cost and time needed for repairs.
• Consultation with difficult costumer with any service advisor and i have policy to make discount if need to that . and communicate with spare part manager if we have any problem in spare part .and from my duty evaluate the performance of service advisor in my group and give any traning if need . make the weekly meeting for the service advisor and customer service

• Listen to a customer complaint to discovery Of the workshop There Is a problem in the car within the warranty
• test the car with the customer to sure from the problem
• take photo or video for problem in the car and the make claim to take approval to a required parts wich need and attach That with claim
• Taking required approval from the mother company then make the exchange permission to work
• When You attend the part. We make the Appointment to the Customer to Install
• Installation of an item and validated and before delivery
• the experience of the car with the client to ensure the demise of the problem
