Officer of Transformation of the accounting system of the Health Sector at the Ministry of Finance. My work is under the
Accounting Accrual Center which is a national project to transformation all government agencies and sectors from the monetary basis of accounting to the accrual basis by following the international public sector standards (IPSAS). My engagement with the Center gave me the opportunity to
work with several Consulting Companies EY and Devoteam and PricewaterhouseCoopers. We successfully started applying the accounting transformation plan to each healthcare entity, and we harmonized the accounting manuals and accounting systems to achieve the transformation while ensuring compatibility with applicable regulations.
I prepared and conducted many workshops and training sessions for the finance employees and managers of many healthcare entities across the Kingdom.
