Developing a Facility Management operating strategy Plan including Policies,
processes and Standard Operating Procedure that is aligned with HMG vision,
mission & values to be the most trusted healthcare provider in medical
excellence and patient experience globally to deliver the best facility
management & Safety practice & services.

Responsible of the Planned Preventive Maintenance of all utilities systems in the
facility and measuring the advantages of the PPM plan and Implementing global
standards such as NBC, NEC & Ashrae.

Managing Maintenance & services providers contracts setting goals & KPIs, SLA
& SOP to get the best results of the contractors.

Working as an acting Safety Officer to Implement & Develop the Building Safety
& Fire Safety polices, procedures & practices by following global & local
standards such as NFPA, OSHA & SBC and providing necessary training.

Manage to lower the Facility Management & Safety Budget by 6% by Power
saving program where we achieved 17% of power saving compared to prior year
& saving over 200, 000SAR by implementing global standards.

• Experience with Building Management Systems & CAFM system.
Achieving High scores with the HealthCare accreditation programs such as JCI &
CBAHI.

Improving the facility environment by adding value to costumer experience by
innovating & using technology to achieve that
Working as a Safety Engineer at Buraidah Central Hospital
1- Support the implementation of Facility Management and safety program according to CBAHI, NFPA & OSHA Standards.
2- Update and develop hospital's Safety Standards, instructions, codes & policies and making sure the hospital implements them.
3- Respond to emergency situations and incidents to provide technical assistance and advice.
4- Review plans and specifications for new machinery and equipment to make sure they meet safety requirements.
5- Improving the Maintenance program by using new methods and techniques.
6- Evaluate and develop Periodic Preventive Maintenance PPM for Electrical Systems Generators, transformers & UPS Systems, Firefighting, Elevators, boilers, water Pumps, low current & communications systems, Air conditioning systems and Medical gas systems.
7- implementing electrical safety in the building.
8- Identify and correct potential hazards by inspecting facilities, machinery, and safety equipment.
9- Participating in planning and designing for future plans of the project.
10- Participating in writing contracts
