Job responsibilities:-
1. Responsible for keeping the factory in continuous operation in our shift time "8 hours"
2. Prepare the list for the shortage in spare parts for all the factory and contact with the responsible engineer in order to keep the stock of spares in a safe status for the daily operation.
3. Participate with my team in the shift to solve the different breakdowns in all the plant areas.
4. Lead my team to finish any problems which will delay the production in a certain time with a high performance and following the safety instructions to avoid any hazards in my area during solving the problem.
5. Attending all the erection processes for all the equipment in the factory to follow with aid of the drawing for any misshapen for the spare parts and the correct way for installing the spare parts to keep the spares in good conditions.
6. Participate in the cold commissioning processes for all the plant.
7. Participate in the hot commissioning processes for all the plant.
8. give a hand for DANEILI with my group to solve some commissioning problems like misalignment for the cooling chamber zones and the adjustment for all rollers with the tinplate first then with the dummy bar. Also in the construction processes of RMH plant and for FTP plant.
9. Help the construction company ARESCO for operating all the lubrication units for EAF and LRF and CCM.
10. Eliminate all the start up problems which occurs during the fist heat and the first sequence for our plant.
