As a Sales Man
Alosboiya Advertising Paper was new at the market so and I was the first one came
To sales department.
- I helped hiring the new sales men to build the sales department.
- I helped to build the whole system of Alosboiya.
- I start with the team open new market.
- I was the best sales men many times.
- I achieved the best sales many times.
Responsibilities: As Supervisor
- I hired new sales men.
- I opened new market.
- I helped increasing the sales.
We become the first Advertising Paper at Jeddah.
Responsible for accounts receivables, accounts payable, maintaining journal ledger,
annual audits, company assets, financial affairs of employees…….
* Transformed company accounts department from manual to fully computerized.
* Managed all human resource management affairs of fifteen individuals on day to
day basis, i.e., hiring new employees, salaries, annual leave, business travel,
service benefits, regulatory affairs
* Responsible for the start up of toner and ink recycling factory, and its daily
operational activities, including people
* I was responsible for daily progress of two showrooms selling I.T products
* I was managing personal assets of business owners, i.e. properties, travel
arrangements, personal accounts, buying and selling of shares on their behalf
* Also doing PC maintenance, assembling, trouble shooting, and installing new
applications
Team member of finance department liaising with bank on day-to-day activities
* Making internal letter of guarantee, following up on company bank statements
* Following up on financing payments to different companies and individuals.
* Opening up Letters of Credit and onward follow up, with banks in conjunction with
business transactions
