Responsibilities:
• Designing Firefighting & Plumbing.
• Creating Revit models from scratch till LOD 400 & Coordinate all mechanical works.
• Creating Zero clash models.
• Preparing important documents for value engineering & submitting LEED documents required for LEED certificate.
• Review of shop drawings, material submittals and as-built drawings issued from the contractors for approval based on the design drawings, project requirements, technical specifications, BOQs, MOM approved SCRs and in accordance with their relevant standards and codes.
• Presenting project works at company meetings & provide technical quality review.
• Lead drafter & junior engineers to deliver project design phases in time.

• Metro Riyadh
• Neom Oxagon village School
• Neom Oxagon village Sports hub
• Al-Moosa specialized Hospital in Al-Khobar
• Oncology Hospital in Angola
• Unicargas Terminal-Port of Luanda, Angola
Responsibilities:
• Implementation of standards and workflow according to BIM execution plan.
• Designing Firefighting works including Pumps, Tanks Calculations & pipe sizing, also Responsible
for Installation Sprinkler Piping, Hose Reel Box & other Accessories.
• Designing Plumbing works (Drainage & Water Supply systems in buildings) and calculations
according to IPC and Egyptian Code
• Prepare designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, Risers
and final shop drawings.
• Reviewing material submittals. Preparing and Revising shop drawing for pump rooms.
• Responsible for coordination with other disciplines (Structure, Architecture &
Electrical).
• Preparing shop drawings with all necessary details for implementation.
Responsibilities:
• Designing Plumbing works including also:
• Drainage designs and calculations according to EN and local standards.
• Water Supply systems design and calculation according to local standards.
• Storm drainage designs and calculations according to company's standards.
• System Shop drawing and detailed BOQ.
• Designing Firefighting works including Pumps, Tanks Calculations & pipe sizing, also
• Responsible for Installation Sprinkler Piping, Hose Reel Box & other Accessories.
• Preparing firefighting and plumbing 3D Revit models.
• Participating in designing and coordination of HVAC systems.
• Creating drafts and drawings using AutoCAD & Revit MEP.
• Participate and facilitated coordination meetings with other departments.

• Sheikha Mouza Women Centerfor Qura’an at Al Waab (AWQAF)

• Marsa Malaz Hotel in the Pearl, Doha, Qatar

• Making a full Design of Plumbing Systems (Including Irrigation & Swimming pools systems) & Fire Fighting Systems for more than 10 Villas & Palaces in Qatar.
• Making a full Design of Plumbing Systems & Fire Fighting Systems for Factories, Stores & International Schools Buildings in Qatar.
• Responsible for design of HVAC system of the projects.
• Studying projects, tender drawings, specifications and related documents
• Selling All HVAC systems from Concealed units to Chiller systems also Heating systems
(Underfloor heating & Radiators).
• Tenders cost estimation and preparing technical writing documents & following technical &
drawings from engineering department
• Reviewing Tender technical and financial proposal documents
