* Manage annual manpower planning exercise for the headcount needs through with the other functions seeking stakeholders approvals to implement the plan.
* Implementation and developing of policies, procedures, and programs on recruiting, selection, SLAs, across KSA in order to meet the TA KPIs.
* Attract, identify, develop & engage, retain individuals who are considered particularly valuable to the company.
* TA dashboarding and measuring Saudization, Turnover and retention to identify the developing needs.
* Work closely with department heads to support their manpower requirements and reach mutual
agreement on implementing recruitment plans to meet those requirements in the most effective and efficient way and ensure timely onboarding of candidates.
* Identify & develop the right sourcing & network of high calibers and talented candidates Local/Global
* Design and launch effective recruitment campaigns for various job groups and the suggestion of
appropriate recruiting channels.
* Receive all employment requests and produces a shortlist for each vacant position.
* Monitor & control hiring VS Approved Manpower plan.
* Perform background & reference checks prior to the hiring of candidates.
* The compliance with governmental Saudization rate to ensure meeting the requirements.
* Preparation of Nationalization and Manpower Plan updates/reporting periodically.
* Responsible for all recruitments process in compliance with internal control System/audit
requirements.
* Contribute to career portal development and traffic on E-portal.
* SAP (SuccessFactors) Recruitment module (ATS).
* Liaises with compensation & Benefits to determine appropriate remuneration package.
* Maintain the manpower requirements and having a strong pool of candidates in the pipeline.
