Project planning and control
•Experienced in understand contract requirements.
•Coordinate with project team for input to schedule and to build a Baseline schedule with resources loading (Quantities, Cost and Man-hours) and generating all S-curve charts (Cash flow, Progress and quantities).
•Development of all levels of construction schedule.
•Coordinate development and approval of construction baseline schedule.
•Coordinate development of weekly look ahead schedule.
•Accurate and Efficient in preparing all Internal/External Project’s performance reports.
•Manage implementation of the monthly updates and critical path analysis.
•Participate in schedule review meeting.
•Promptly notify the issues and concerns to project team and providing look ahead schedules. To monitor the progress of all departments.
•Analyse and report schedule impacts Facilitate the overall work integration planning process.
•Incorporate changes in schedule Facilitate and development of all schedule recovery plans.

•Interface with client and other project stakeholders.
•Preparation of EOT (Extension of Time) & Delay Analysis.
EOT Claims
•Experienced in getting reasons of delay on Major Critical/Delayed activities and raise notice of delay and variation accordingly to record all delays happened due to others.
•Prepare EOT by including the Delays that happened by others and all variations or Engineer Instructions received.
•Excellent communication skills in communicating with all departments if they have any delay and notify them for their delays.
Engineering
•(Shop Drawings) Initiative and able to analyse and study all design drawings and prepare proposed RFIs for our Engineering Dep. That needs to be raised to the engineer.
•(Material) Experienced in preparing/monitoring procurement schedule and tracking material Submittals/Approvals/Delivery on site with our material/logistic teams on weekly basis.
•Review all logs related and notify if any pending-in submission/approval submittals.
(QA/QC)
•Provide schedule of clearances/ inspections that should be submitted.
•Review clearance/inspection logs related and notify if any delayed submit/replies on weekly basis.
(QS & Commercial)
•Excellent in CBS (Cost Breakdown Structure) to get Cash Flow curves.
•Experienced in breaking down of material quantities to make resources loading and to generate material curves.
