• Supervises the quality of administrative and technical services provided to employees through the implementation of approved administrative policies and regulations
• Improves the health and medical services provided to the company's employees through supervision and follow up on the efficiency of the medical services provided by the hospitals and the medical centers of the health insurance.
• Supervises and monitors the implementation of the social insurance system on the employees of the company through the follow-up registration of all employees in the social insurance system. Follow up the payment of monthly subscription fees and check the balances and payables at social insurance.
• Supervises and follows up the implementation of the policy of salaries, wages and allowances through the implementation of the approved policy of salaries, allowances, incentives and financial privileges
• Supervises the discipline of the job and the discipline of the time by observing the employees' functional behavior and how they deal with and cooperate with each other.
• Supervises the maintenance of files and records of quality through guidance and follow-up in the opening and naming of necessary files and indexing the contents of files and records.
• Plans recreational and recreational activities for employees that will improve employee satisfaction.
• Improves, develops and motivates the human resources team's performance by overseeing the planning, monitoring and evaluation of direct staff performance and ensuring the implementation of the incentive mechanism and self-development plans.
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
• Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
• Assist with other accounting projects
• Managing the staff Pay Roll, vacation payment, End of Service payment, GOSI calculation and payment etc.
• Overseeing the staff recruitment process, ensuring that the correct recruitment and selection procedures are adhered, conducting interviews, issuing Job offers etc.
• Providing specialist information and guidance to employees on HR policy and practice and Saudi Labor law.
• Ensuring that all company policies and procedures are up to date, in line with Saudi Labor law.
• Controlling costs and ensuring that they do not exceed the company budget.
• Advising the management on staff yearly increment / promotions.
• Processing paperwork for Labor Cards, Iqama renewals and exit re-entries etc.
• Investigating staff disciplinary and grievance matters and taking suitable action.
