 Manage and controlling of EPC projects in the field of power substation with the target
of scheduling, construction and documentation.
 Monitor and control project progress performance throughout project lifecycle, obtain,
verify deliverables, attend status meeting, provide performance and status reports,
forecast project completion.
 Developing Procurement Plan and participating in contracts review with sellers.
 Price Negotiation with sub-vendors and participation in vendor selection Process to
ensure effective delivery of the project on time and within the allocated budge.
 High-level management of daily site activities and operation progress.
 Close management to procurement and purchasing execution Process.
 Supervise all phases of engineering design, material procurement for assigned
projects.
 Coordinate internal and external communication, vendor relationships, training plans

 Integration meeting and brainstorming season to prepare all project requirement.
 Follow the supply chain team of the project to finish all procurement.
 Follow DWG and Vendors MS approval in EETC, Owner and consultant.
 Follow up with stockholders like (owner and suppliers) to close all problems related
with the Project.
 Review the weekly and daily reports for Project progress.
 study the project requirements before working on project.
 Always work and act as a team player and act as point of contact and support.

• Prepare HV Substations (AIS / GIS, Conventional / SCS) Main SLD.
• HV Substations design (Control Cable lists & Control Cables termination …).
• Design of LV AC/DC systems for substations (LV C.B and cables sizing).
• Review of suppliers' offers with the project specifications and standards.
• Preparing the technical submittals requests for purchasing & BOQs.

CANRCC UPGRADE Project (upgrade 118 S/Sts - CANAL Regional Control Center)
- Elsewedy Electric T&D was in the consortium with ABB Swiss & ABB Arab.
- Prepare the loose material ( terminals blocks, Aux. relays & control circuit accessories)
quantities and approve the purchase orders.
- Size total required control cables for the adaptation work.
- Design the required adaptation work in each MV/HV SWGR to transmit status and commands signals.
- Design the required DC system for each substation, and proceed all purchasing process.
- Surveying and control all loose materials for all substation.
Cairo Capital main GIS Substation 500/220/66/22 KV.(Design, Testing and commissioning stage)
- Prepare control cable list and termination charts.
- Review the schematics diagrams and make markup drawings.
- Editing schematics drawing to provide the required functions.
- Inspections and testing support at site for six months till energizing.
Sarai 220/22KV GIS substation. (Tender Stage)
- Design main single line diagram
- Prepare control cable list an low voltage Cables.

- Prepare panels list.
