Tasks:
•Follow up PIRs & PINs with engineering depts. from design study till execution, commissioning and handover to operation.
•Prepare the production business & budget plans; ensure that yearly asset integration plan and routine inspection are maintained.
•Prepare yearly succession plan for production staff and training requirements.
•Participated in Production & Maintenance Coordination Meetings, IRP (Incident Review Panel) meeting.
Operation / Processing)
Tasks:
•Prepare business & budget plan proposals, presentation to area management meeting.
•Follow up the day to day activities to ensure that production & maintenance plans are achieved
•Ensure that HSE target is achieved, Coordinate and arrange for planned S/D requirements.
•Prepare and follow up succession, competency and training plans requirements.
Project Coordination & Control)
Tasks:
•Follow up day to day construction activities to ensure that: Meet the company specification & standards, are constructed within design limits, are commissioned and operated within target date of completion.
•Manage and Control the Discipline Teams (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Process) from Syrian and International Contractors expending 100, 000 to 200, 000 m/hrs.’ annually.
•Adhere to IFC, AFC, RFC packages requirements of review and approvals.
•Coordinate with contractors regarding: Execution plan with time table, HSE plan, Lifting & Hoisting plan, NCRs, close out the outstanding punch list items.
•Manage of coordination meetings with contractors, inspection and operations.
•Participated in HAZOP meetings, JHA & RA related to our project activities with operations, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up runs.
•Arrange the additional resources could be involved like government, subcontracting services, specialists... Etc.
•Prepare the close out reports, review and approve the contractor’s invoices after completion of project.
Lead a number of Shutdowns and Start-ups without LTI = 5, less than 1% unscheduled deferment, Implemented First Line Operations, looking for day to day activities.
•Member of HAZOP Meeting, PTW coordinator, Member for development of PTW systems.

Approved & Certified Competent of: Assessor, Construction Section Head, OSC, Shift Supervisor, PTW Coordinator, DCS Operator, Process Isolator of Equipment, Production Operator / Sen. Operator.
•Established improvement to ways of working leading to cost / planning efficiencies i.e. flow line / BP /ESP Hook up times after Rig move, pre-casting BP foundations and F/L Anchor blocks, running F/L on surface as alternative for buried option ( 2009 ).
•Lead a projects by capital above 150 Million USD, including mega projects like Omar Power Plant Train#5, Mega Pump of Water Injection, ALSHOLA Gathering Station, a hundreds of flow line and oil / gas pipelines, OMAR Field Sewage Treatment Plant, Dozens of Over Head Lines.
Operations, Construction & Maintenance)
Tasks:
•Follow up day to day activities of: Pipeline & Flow line (including WH & IM hook ups and tie in spools) construction, pre-commissioning / commissioning and start up, major maintenance on existing ones like patch / sleeve welding and section replacement, in addition to remove, restore, mothballing of redundant ones, modification jobs on existing well cellar pits and grating when it is needed, Fabrications, modification, disconnect and reinstatement of Pig launcher, Receiver sets.
•Coordinate with inspection section regarding NDT activities like UT, PT, MPI and others in addition to MFL and intelligent pigging programs, participated in PIMs, FIMs, and WIMs meetings.
•Adhere to ANSI, API, B-31.8, FL-CP, PL-CP standards to ensure the correct procedures for sand / grit blasting, coating, WPS, Hydro testing, pipeline flushing, dewatering, N2 purging, mothballing, NORM decontamination, protection system like CI & CP, specific crossings of pipeline like railway, water channel, river, mountain, OHL and others according to International standards.
•Follow up the Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation surface construction works which related to BP and ESP Hook ups arrangement, WI, NF Hook up & Tie-ins, carry out the twin option of two or more flow lines / Pipelines with installation of Insulation spool & NRV valves arrangements.
•Participated in cost estimation calculations for new pipeline projects.
•Carry out onsite HSE auditing programs to confirm the minimum requirements of MHS and HK levels.
•Adhere to HSE requirements to work in unsafe conditions like Gas detectors and BA sets (as required) for hot works, confined space and vessel entries, NORM certificate for NORM contaminated areas, correct PPE as recommended in PTWs and well understanding any further precautions were determined in PTW and associated isolation certificates and hazard checklists.

Tasks:
•Responsible for day to day activities for safe and efficient operation of Omar Gas Plant to ensure that quality and quantity of the Products meet specifications as well as target: Exported sales gas 180mmscfd (dehydrated gas), Produced LPG 500 Metric Tons/d, Stabilized condensate 6000 bpd.
•Competent shift (plant / control room) Supervisor, Competent Process Isolator, OSC for incident & PTW coordinator, Planned S/D Coordinator. Prepare Operator / Senior Operator Allocation Chart.
•Participated in ASD testing with instrumentation section. Update the Operation Manual and Isolation procedures when are needed.
•Arrange for weekly HSE meetings, and follow up the monthly auditing plan including the onsite HK audit
•Arrange the requirements for process, electrical and mechanical isolation in addition to control the override log book and EPI register.

Tasks:
•Supervision and supporting of the operational activities of Gas Processing Plants, Turbines, Dryers, Fractionators, Stabilizers, Refrigeration System etc.
•Heat Recovery unit, fractionation to produce LPG, Propane, and stabilized Condensate.
•Meeting the production targets, quality, specifications issuing work requests/permits for maintenance jobs making of daily and monthly production activities, commissioning, start up and shut downs, process parameter monitoring, analysis and control, safe and smooth running of the facilities etc.

Tasks:
•Opening & Closing the operation valves in addition to Start & Stop machines as per operating manual and procedures.
•Collect the process and final product samples for analysis in addition to collect the LOG SHEETS readings and present the findings to plant supervisor.
•Apply the process isolation / de-isolation as required, carry out the gas testing and use the BA sets when needed based on work requirements.
