• Under my leadership, a dedicated team of 6 professional recruiters delivers comprehensive support across the groups multiple
divisions, including the luxurious Erth Hotel, Remal Hotel, the Erth Hospitality Corporate Catering Company, Central Production unit,
Facility Management & Project, Etizan Fitness, and the Michelin-starred Erth Restaurant QasrAl Hosn, in addition to the prestigious
Ecole DucasseAbu Dhabi Studio.
• Erth Catering - Private, Semi-Gov., and Gov. clients across UAE (GHQ, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Public Affairs, Hospitals, Crowne
Prince Court, MOPA, UAE Accountability Authority, Department of Health).
• Erth Banqueting - Organization of Top VIP government and private events, meetings, and local and international weddings (Formula 1,
Al Wathba festival, Grand Mosque Ramadan meals, Royal weddings).
• Handling end-to-end hiring processes for C-level positions and managing relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards,
and other vendors to optimize recruitment efforts.
• Managing 110 Support Staff to strengthen internal operational capacity and reduce reliance on outsourced casual labor.

• Ensure the systems (IHG e-career) are appropriate and procedures followed.
• Participate in the interviewing process whenever HR is required as a representative by conducting the behavioral interview part,
facilitating the assessments, and closing the interview process by providing an offer letter or a regret letter.
• Ensure smooth communication between all concerned HR colleagues and coordinate with the Government Manager, Learning and
Quality Manager, and the Accommodation Manager/Supervisor regarding the new employees arrival, accommodation, medical, etc.
• Providing a recruitment report to NCTH & IHG monthly.
• Recruiting capacity of 500 for IC AUH and 250 for IC Residences (Pre-Opening).
• End-to-end off-boarding process (Exit Clearance, Exit Interview, End of service calculations).

Budget & KPI achievement

• Managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity.
• Conducting orientation program for the new joiners with information about policies, job duties, working conditions,
wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
• Headhunting by identifying and approaching suitable candidates using a wide variety of sourcing techniques including
LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, internal database, and other channels as appropriate.
• Conduct interviews with candidates through to middle manager roles in all departments.
• Lead the onboarding process to ensure that new joiners have the required information prior to joining and are welcomed to the team
in an efficient and friendly manner.

• Oversees HR and all Admin operations.
• Create an Engagement Action Plan for all the events (Team Building, Long Service Awards, Birthdays, National days, etc.).
• Raising Hotsos requests, and Adaco requests, and assisting with Gartner.
• Support the managers to conduct disciplinary / grievance meetings and investigations in line with country law and company
guidelines and maintain the records.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing data reports.

Recruitment
• Supporting both candidates and Hiring Managers through the onboarding process.
• Raising job announcements on the ATS system after getting corporate office approvals.
• Working closely with the onboarding team to identify any holdups in the pipeline and work with candidates to overcome them.

Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions
and duties
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human
Resources executives
• Deal with employee requests regarding human
resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft
copies)

• Created a database of all recruits and members.
• Recruit exchange participants to travel to and from Egypt to make new challenges and new experiences.
