Act as technical consulting engineer Assist in planning and setup the devices for best protection, and to detect, quarantine investigates and remediate cyber-attacks that target the customer using the different Cisco Content Security devices such as:
•Email Security Appliances (on-premises, virtual, cloud)
•Web Security Appliances (on-premises, virtual, cloud)
.
Responsibilities included but not limited to:
• Provisioning Monitoring and deploying Cisco Content Security Devices.
• Installing, configuring and troubleshooting AsyncOS in Cisco Content Security Devices.
• Managing and upgrading Cisco Content Security Devices.
• Implementing backup, import and restore of the configuration for Cisco Content Security Devices.
• Creation and maintenance of script-like message filters in Cisco Content Security Devices.
• Performed Lab recreations and profound investigations to simulate and find solutions to customers concerns and best actions for cyper attacks.
• Troubleshooting problems related to various networking protocols like SMTP, DNS, FTP, HTTP/HTTPS, and SSL/TLS, certificates.
• troubleshooting and debugging problems in UNIX based machines
• open tickets with other vendors like sophos mcafee microsoft and monitor and trace the tickets.
• Performing live remote troubleshooting sessions for high priority technical issues.
• Interact with internal customers via telephone, chat, e-mail or instant messaging to resolve the issue accordingly.
• Maintain a high customer satisfaction score.
