- Direct a preventative maintenance program to minimise coast and maximise use of equipment.
- Detailed record keeping of all fleet vehicles.
- Organizating and tracking of fleet expenses.
- Administe a testing and an inspection program to determine quality, suitability and complince with specifications for GSE, part accessories and materials.
-Direct a quantity and quality control to maintain satisfactory levels of work performance.
-Plan, Organises and direct the work of the duties to meet objectives with the most efficient use of personnel, facilities and equipment.
- Ensures safe and secure operations, in accordance with the highest possible standards of health, safety, security and all GACA statutory requirements.

Coordinating, controlling and monitoring all HSE-related activities.Systematically conducting Risk-assessment in the whole working process and taking preventive measures. Provide labor safety control and resolve the problems of potential danger; organize and conduct training on safety rules;conduct monitoring on uniforms and outfits.

Accident/Incident reporting to AIB ( Aviation investigation Bureau) &Investigation, analysis of incident statistics in order to identify trends and propose the necessary corrective measures & follow-up.


• Filling out inspection checklists periodically
• Periodical land side inspection as scheduled and follow-ups (Terminals and other airport’s building)
• Inspection of ground support equipment and permitted airfield vehicles
• Respond to any incident/accident that may occur within landside area
• Respond to any aviation occurrences that may occur within landside area
• Inspection & Follow-up the dangerous goods handling & storing
• Inspection & Follow-up the storing and accumulation of chemicals and otherhazardous materials at the handling agencies stores, maintenance hangar, refulling agencies, …etc.. in the airport.
• Monitor the airside user’s safety performance and violate airside users for any safety breach.
• Managing the AOA safety violations system
• Reporting all safety hazards and occurrences to the company's reporting system*

- Ensures consistent delivery against all standard operating procedure and service level.
- Direct and supervises the activity of assigned GSE (ground supporting equipment) operator within ISAGO and IATA regulations.
-Supervise and provide a safe and efficient aircraft servicing.
-Supervise daily operational needs and maintains a safe and secure working environment.

-Synchronize a group of operators to provide a highly efficient service to the customers.
- communicate with customers, manage inbound requests and share complaints with a manager to help make improvements.
- provide headset communication services.
- Provide all aircraft's ground support equipment.

- over-night repair, inspection, and modification of aircraft component.
- perform A-type checks to Saudia airline's fleet such as tire and brakes changing, replacing the struts, strobes, position lights, navigation lights, filling engine oil, the inception of magnetic oil chip detectors, checking for visible damage to the fuselage and hydraulic reservoir quantity.

- Provide and operate supporting equipment such as ground power unit, air conditioning unit and jet starter unit.
- Pushing aircraft using tug and controlling aircraft ground movement.
- Provide headset communication services.
