• Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely reporting as well as assist with yearly public audits.
• Ensuring correct implementation of company policy and procedures.
• Review aging reports and follow up with Customers / Vendors regarding overdue balances.
• Performing monthly balance sheets, income statements, and related reports.
• Supervise accounting operations, review, and reconcile journal entries, Monthly transactions, and financial activities, monitor and review accounting documents for accuracy, completeness.
• Review financial and accounting records and correct errors as required.
• Assist auditors as required for the preparation of financial analyses and reports.
• Review and manage accounting records, identify, and research accounting issues, and recommend solutions
• Preparing the financial reports and data analysis for business inputs and outputs.
- Perform account recording of daily transactions relating to cash, account payable, payroll transaction, and claims.
- Bank Transfers, Reconciliation Voucher accounts,
- Recording and Reconciliation Prepaid expenses, accrued expense and revenue .
- Preparing and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Assist to Chief Accountant to prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and related footnotes.
- Maintaining a framework of internal controls to ensure that accounting records are complete and accurate.
- Bank reconciliations. Helping departments to plan, manage and report their budgets forecasts.
- Experience with ERP systems, professional Dynamic AX.
