culverts, stormwater channels, protection works, guardrails, signage, and road furniture.
• Coordinating with design teams and consultants to resolve technical issues, review shop drawings, method
statements, ITPs, and ensure full compliance with NEOM standards, MOT specifications, and SBC codes.
• Managing subcontractors, manpower, heavy equipment, and daily site operations to achieve production targets
and maintain the project schedule.
• Implementing strict HSE procedures, overseeing traffic management plans for work zones, and ensuring safe
execution of all activities.
• Monitoring quality control for each layer (Proctor, FDT, Asphalt QC), approving materials, and ensuring

coordination between civil works, structural activities, and interfacing utility services.
