Promoting properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
Preparing loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other
documents for each real estate transaction.
Maintaining your real estate license and knowledge.
As Urban Planner :
Prepare lands plans and studies both residential and farmland
Prepare site approval documents.
Meet with public officials and the public regarding development plans and land use.
Work with total station device ( LEICA )
take measurements on the sites and prepare these measurements and put them out
on the site.
Work closely with site management for the correct scheduling of projects in order to
achieve optimal implementation of the plan.
