Managed the entire recruitment process for highly qualified candidates we for Vision 2030 Projects, such as NEOM, Diriyah Gate, Riyadh Airports, AlUla Infrastructure, Al Wadi Development, Green Riyadh PMO and SEVEN
•Manage the complete hiring process by providing good quality & diverse set of candidates.
•Select & source diverse candidates from multiple sources & Manage interview coordination and feedback
follow-ups to close positions.
•Prepare the job offer and negotiate with the candidates.
•Develop and implement an effective onboarding process for new hires.
•Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
•Collaborate with various departments to ensure new hires have the necessary tools, resources, and training to
succeed.

•Analysis all Training needs, hours and prepare reports (Monthly, yearly).
•Support the recruitment team in Sourcing, Screening & Prepare the job offer.
•Dealing with SAP SuccessFactors system to enroll the training hours for the employees
•Organize training courses and communicate with training providers.
•Dealing with ERP system to enroll the training hours for the employees.
•Prepare and submit different kind of reports and presentations.
