* Design concept
* Space program (given or not)
* Certified codes / Ministerial Decree
3. Massing and elevations Design.
4. Rendering and Visualization (exterior / interior).
5. Creating architecture Animation movies.
6. technical design Review for the provided design packages as per certified codes
and authorized Ministerial Decree
7. Preparing issued for Tender/Construction architecture packages
8. Full Coordination of architecture package with other disciplines packages with
providing clashes detection report.
9. Architectural drawings packages Review as per related technical standards.
10.Reviewing the engineering aspects of client’s Contracts and preparing contract
annexes.
11.Preparing Marketing materials with required data and appealing presentations
in coordination with Marketing department.
12.Preparing project Brief for sales department before launches to help them
understanding project components and details.
13.Preparing project brief for consultants then coordination and following up.
14.Full Coordination and cooperation with all related departments in real-estate
sector companies (Development - Marketing - Sales - Governmental Relations
- Legal Affairs - Financial - Projects).
15.Representing the technical office Attending on-site meetings with the project
team and contractor with a Quick response of RFI’s.
