MEP Bim coordinator
Responsibilities: Identify and resolve design or coordination issues during the modeling process, Develop detailed 2D and 3D shop drawings using BIM for effective design communication, Collaborate with other disciplines (electrical, structural) to resolve clashes and conflicts in the virtual model, Extract quantities and material specifications from the BIM models to facilitate accurate cost estimations and procurement for mechanical systems.
Supervise installation of mechanical services as HVAC ducts and chilled water pipes from a district cooling plant and fire fighting system, create construction documentation, including detailed drawings and specifications for mechanical systems .
Project:
• Masar Makkah KSA "DYAR EL HARAM TOWERS".
Design the mechanichal parts on solid works program and autocad and stack it on cypcut program and follow up the CNC laser machine during cutting.
inventory of steel sectors, piping and equipment and follow up on the purchase order on the SAP program.
Extract work for the client with what was installed and painted and their Purchase invoices.
