structure works in 31North Tower in the downtown area of the new
administrative capital it's composed of 5 basements, ground floor and 33 floors. Total tower
height is 131 meters and with total built-up area 128504 m2.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare Meeting with Site engineers to clarify the methods statements to avoid the occurrence of non-conformity cases and relative cost
• Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works
• Ensure that the work are performed as per approved MST and ITP
• Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, TSR, IR, NCR, MST, ITP, MAT, MIR, SI and other QA/QC documents
• Handing over all site inspections to the consultant for approval
• Close of Non-conformance report NCR and Site Instructions SI
• Assist the Quality Manager in Preparation of QA/QC policies, procedures and project quality plan and method statements according to ISO 9001

Responsibilities:
• Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site.
• Ensure that all the activities at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
• Coordinate with Site Engineer in charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure that workflows and processes comply with Quality and safety regulations.
• Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works.
• Following the continual improvement of the quality management system by putting the quality remarks and audit results into action.
• Following up the implantation of corrective and preventive action in the site.

• Attend/ Witness all required tests for soil and concrete during and after casting
• Monitor and supervise material delivery according to material submittal approval and application of this material is according to specs and data sheet
• Issue NCR‘s for contractor regarding to non-compliance of specs, drawings, MOS
• Advice contactor for the corrective and preventive action for non-conformance cases
• Issue quality site reports to resident engineer and advice resident engineer, QS team to adjust contractor invoices due to the open NCR’s and uncompleted works.

• Inspect storage area for the replacement soil to ensure the conformance to the project's specs
• Preparing all QC Laboratory documents like work procedures, ITP, Checklist, formats required for carrying out project specific activities and testing as per project specifications and codes
• collect soil samples to make proctor and moisture content and degree of compaction
• Handing over lab tests and reports like (pouring report, concrete cubic crushing strength, proctor, soil compaction, sieve analysis, etc.) to Quality Manager to revise and submit it for approval.
• Accurately performing various construction material tests in accordance with standards.
• Maintaining the lab record of reading and field observations, for calculating and reference purposes.
• Performing analysis and manual calculations to check accuracy of test data.
