Director -BI Analyst, Responsible for the simplification of investment authorizations / Ministry of Economy, Finance and Investment Support

Main duties :
• studying and evaluating all the legal and regulatory texts relating to the exercise of the economic activities,
• proposing and following the implementation of the reforms likely to devote the principle of freedom of investment,
• drawing up a program for the revision of the authorizations for the investment operations either by removing them, or by replacing them with specifications in accordance with the principle of liberalization of the investment,
• reviewing and simplifying the procedure of granting the maintained authorizations,
• reviewing and updating the provisions of the specifications of the economic activities in order to devote the principles of simplification of procedures and freedom of investment,
• drawing up a guide on the list of the authorizations and specifications for all the economic activities specifying notably the procedure of their granting, the requested documents, the structures responsible for their granting and the deadlines for the reply to the requests for obtaining the authorizations,
• Follow the implementation of the program of revision of the authorizations for the exercise of the economic activities by the concerned administrative structures and work to the rigorous achievement of the planned objectives.
