relation.
- Follow - up the Saudi recruitment process, non-Saudi recruitment
applications with the recruitment section.
- Arrange the accommodation for new employees with all the
requirements
- Provide transportation means to all the employees from /to
accommodation
- Follow-up attendance, control staff working hours and absences
authorization and vacations in all branches of the company.
- Follow-up government relations department to finalize all personnel
actions.
- Send the attendance sheet to payroll section for the employee’s
monthly salaries
- Follow The disciplinary action system policies & procedures and
make the oral & written letters in coordination with the line
managers
- Prepare all the employee transactions (issuing and renewal of
residence permits (Iqama) - family and commercial visits visa -
expatriates affairs - driving licenses issuing - health insurance for
employees - limited & multi exit & return visa).
- Follow up on issuing work permits for employees.
- Follow-up additions and deletions the employees from GOSI
website, and arrange its payment& labor office.
- Resolve all the administrative problems related to the labors
- Follow up the custom expenses & license for goods.
- Follow up the mail in/out from / to the company with couriers
- Follow up issuing the driving license for the drivers
- Follow up the yearly medical checkup for labors
- Renew passports before expiry dates.
- Prepare the official documents and follow up renewing it before its
expiry dates (CR, Saudization certificates, social insurance,
Chamber of Commerce and ZAKAT certificates, civil defense).
- Sign the contracts of employment with the new employee and
practicing work form and send the personnel action to accounting
department for the disbursement of the salary a specific work of an
official file for each employe
Handling the petty cash for (Visa - expatriate affairs - transfer of
warranty person - renewal of residence permits(Iqama) ) with
financial management
- Reserve airline tickets for employee’s vacations and arrange the
payment with the finance department
- Reserve for new non Saudi employees a hotel accommodation and
arrange the payment with finance department.
- Make the P.O. for new employee requirements (PC, Laptop, mobile
phone, business lines SSIM cards and employee’s allowances).
- Follow-up internal work environment and ensure that all the jobs
are align with its work environment.
- Attending, effective participation all the meetings related to this
positions
- Make action plan ad substitution plan for vacation & distribute the
tasks for personnel team
- Controlling the department performance and coaching and
managing it through the company objectives
- Train the new employee for policies & procedures
