*Plan and forecast demands based on historical data analysis, statistical modeling, marketing, strategies,
inventory levels and sales trends.
*Analyze and interpret products lifecycles to ensure better estimate and forecasting.
*Determine optimal stock levels, safety stocks, re-ordering points and liaise with different category and retail
operation managers. *Evaluate the efficiency of inventory management and improve inventory turnover ratio.
Identify opportunities and new methodologies to improve the accuracy of forecasting and planning.
*Coordinating activities between cross functions teams internally and at zone level to secure the timelyproduct
launches, in order to support the business growth ambitions.
*Handling the whole supply process for a product portfolio, including demand and supply management in
addition to inventory control to ensure the timely availability of goods for sales, in accordance with the
validated forecast and finished Goods Stock Policy. In addition, coordinating the production process for
locally manufactured goods to ensure we maintain the agreed stock cover - Aim is to optimize our customer
service and OOS rates.
