As a Quantity Surveyor for the RA200 Cairo Street project, I played a key role in financial and operational management. UGCC acted as the local agent for the main contractor, Società Italiana per Condotte d'Acqua S.p.A. My responsibilities included:

Performing measurements for structural, architectural, and utilities works using Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD to prepare and submit monthly payments to the client.

Managing payments for over 40 subcontractors to ensure accurate financial processing.

Coordinating with the purchasing and planning departments to ensure material availability and project progress.

Drafting contracts, amendments, bills of quantities, and variation orders to maintain budget alignment.

Preparing cost estimates for project planning and scheduling.

Maintaining confidentiality of client and business information.

Assisting with claims and contractor variation orders.

Leading cost-loading efforts to track and align project costs.

Project 2: Maintenance of 6th and 7th Ring Road
Client: Ministry of Public Works (MPW), Kuwait
UGCC Role: Main Contractor
Value: 16m KD
Duration: September 2024 - March 2025

For the maintenance of the 6th and 7th Ring Road, I was responsible for managing financial operations and coordination. My key tasks included:

Finalizing the main contractor payment and obtaining approval from MPW.

Preparing payments for over 7 subcontractors to ensure timely processing.

Coordinating with the purchasing and planning departments to ensure material availability and project execution.

● Monitored execution of contract work for compliance with design plans and specifications.
● Performed routine training and attended special events to enhance job knowledge and skills.

● Prepared subcontractor's payments.
