• Responsible for official company visits
• To ensure 24x7 support for business continuity - Power, UPS, DG & HVAC
• Put in place Monitoring, Checks & PPM Calendar for all critical and non-critical equipment
• BCP framework and arrangements should be in place for all sites - Update BCP and Admin Manuals - manuals to be updated every 6 Months in consultation with Operations.
• MMR with vendors on centre level
• All security and FM contracts to have score card process of evaluation
• EHS compliance
• Outsourced staff annual training calendar to be in place
• To initiate cost saving initiatives every quarter
• Monthly expense report on clearly indicating per capita/ per SFT of various expense heads to be submitted by 5th of every month.
• Vendor payments within 15 days of invoice submission
• Effective closure of admin touch points within defined SLA’s / Agreed Timelines
• Support CSR initiatives.
