- Provide contractual and commercial advice to management, supporting decision-making and risk mitigation.

- Assist in the negotiation and administration of contracts, ensuring adherence to legal, contractual, and
procedural standards.
- Administer contracts in roles such as Contract Administrator or Employer’s Agent, managing variations and
claims.
- Provide technical and contractual advice on construction law, risk management, and commercial issues.
- Manage project cost performance, including forecasting, reporting, and cash-flow tracking.
- Advise and update directors on key project risks, contractual issues, and cost variances.
- Engage proactively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to build strong relationships and ensure service
excellence.
- Stay current with market rates, industry trends, and procurement best practices to enhance project value.

- Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle to ensure quality outcomes
