I am Projects civil engineer with professional skills often involved in the day-to-day operations of the assigned projects. i can organize and communicate details related to a specific assignment or task while serving as an interface between team members and managers
Location: Riyadh-Jeddah KSA Projects: fit out projects
• Residential buildings
• Continually review the contractors construction schedule during the progress of site works.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including work records and material deliveries. Assist in reviewing and verifying invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents related to site operations.
• Responsible for implementation of work on-site and all other related matters.
• Ensure that all works carried out meet companys quality standards.
• Plan and monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project schedule.
• Work as one team with the project manager and other engineers.
• Ensure project specifications are fulfilled that company regulations are being adhered to
• Manage the work on site and solve any problems.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and workers on all project aspects to ensure smooth and timely implementation.
• Ensure good environmental, safety and health practices are always carried out.
• Ability to calculate quantities / reviews executed.
