Air Separation Plant operator from point of view the production.
* Leadership production shift to follow the most suitable methods to keep the system running
in safety and reliability.
* Ensure commitment of the products (Oxygen-Nitrogen-Argon) to achieve the customer's
requirements.
* Implementing products storage tank analysis and also road tanker analysis.
* Implementing the necessary documents and all shift activities (product analysis certificates -
consumption trends to customer side-troubles reports-……).
* Study Electrical Guideline for all electrical equipments.
* Implementing Electrical Maintenance activities to operations processes.
* Contribute to the frame of work maintenance schedule for electrical equipment.
* Follow up electrical machine history logs to predict, sense, analysis or fix problems if any.
* Person in Charge of safety inductions for third party companies and site visitors.
* HSE knowledge in the sites of Air Separation Plant (job hazard analysis - different types of all
work permits-cycle of work permit-isolation certificates-…..).
Job responsibilities:
* Study maintenance work instruction (MWI) for all electrical equipments.
* Carryout monthly preventive maintenance planning for the following electrical equipments: (LV&MV motors-soft starter-motor bearing-MCC panels-power transformers- Grounding-LV&MV Schneider SWGs-lighting system-UPS and batteries-….).
* Carryout weekly run test for MV Emergency Diesel Generator.
* Carryout lubrication schedule for LV&MV motors.
* HSE knowledge in the sites of oil&gas (different type of work permits-cycle of work permit- isolation certificates-……).
* Carryout the corrective maintenance for all electrical equipments.
* Analysis Root cause of power failures and black shutdown.
* Leading and managing a team of technicians and helpers to achieve the best progress under the work pressure.
Create planning for monthly preventive maintenance.
* Carryout monthly preventive maintenance planning for the following electrical equipments:
(LV&MV motors-motor bearing-MCC panels-Grounding-lighting system-…..).
* Create lubrication schedule for LV&MV motors.
* Carryout lubrication schedule for LV&MV motors.
* Programming different types of counters and timers are using in the production
and bagging lines.
* Carryout works of corrective maintenance for all electrical equipments.
* Support purchase department regarding technical issues and follow up with them
to ensure safe stock of spare parts.
Carryout monthly preventive maintenance planning for the following items:
(motors of elevator-control panels-safety devices of elevator-…).
* Carryout lubrication schedule and change defective bearing.
* Programming the different types of elevator electronic control card.
