I work as a project manager for Tashgeer Al Arabia company, which specializes in Landscape (Softscape & Hardscape)

My experience includes but not limited to ( Swimming pools, Commercial malls, Hospitals, Restaurants, Villas,
Chalets, Apartments and Landscapes) :
- Construction and finishing of swimming pools through its different phases and types such as: skimmer, over
flow, horizon and infinity as well including jacuzzi.
- Surveying works.
- Construction works.
Finishing works such as:
- Building and demolition.
- Electrical works for finishing works.
- Sanitary works for finishing works.
- Plaster.
- Finishing floors with different materials such as: Marble, granite, ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, mosaico tiles,
mosaico, Colortek, parquet and hdf.
- underfloor heating.
- False ceiling and false walls using gypsum board and cement board.
- Installing futec cornice.
- Different cladding works using aluminum, wood, marble and granite including hidden led lights.
- AC works.
- Fire fighting system.
- shutter.
- Doors, windows and facade works.
- Different types of paintings.
Landscape :
- Building and finishing pergolas, seats and bars.
- Finishing floors for outdoors.
- Agricultural irrigation system both manual and automatic including planting.
- Finishing outdoor buildings using different materials such as: dry mix and weather coat materials.
As well I do:
- Deal with consultants.
- Deal with sub contractors.
- coordinate with the technical office and other departments of the project.
- Handle labour and crafts men.
- Execute work according to plans.
- Quality assurance for the work.
- Studying BOQ.
- Quantity surveying for the finished works.
- Making reports for the percentage of the carried out work.
- Making invoices for for the owner.
- Making invoices for the sub contractors.
