Achievements/Tasks
• Designing mechanical system (HVAC, Smoke extraction, Firefighting, LPG, Water service, and Drainage services) for the various type of building.
• Developing a design strategy that aligns with regulatory compliance guidelines related to local authorities (Dubai Municipality, Dubai Development Authority, Trakhees, Dubai Civil Defence, Dubai Electricity and Water Authority).
• Authoring BIM model via Revit with LOD 300-350 in accordance with the project BIM execution plan.
• Preparation for spaces planning related to MEP services and coordination with other disciplines (architectural, structural, and interior design).
• Provide sizing and calculation for all related mechanical services (HVAC, Smoke, Water, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Gas, etc.).

Achievements/Tasks
• 3D modeling of the MEP systems of the Red Sea Project in KSA; which will include hotels, residential properties and leisure facilities using Civil 3D.
• 3D modeling for any building type and infrastructure projects in various countries.
• Modeling Shop drawing and As-Built drawing on various programs such as Rivet and Civil 3D and more.
• Detecting and solving clashes using Revit and NavisWorks.

• Supervision of Sinogulf project, a 51.610 sqm high rise residential building, Amman/Jordan, 2019.
• IR and on-site support with the contractor for installation requirements.
• As built, shop drawing, method of statement, MIR and submittals reviewing.
• Continually make site tours to review the contractor work and submit NCR and SOR reports.
• Schematic stage design for the AlAnsar hospital, 54, 915 sqm Madina, KSA.
• HVAC and Pneumatic systems schematic design.
