• Sourcing Candidates based on job description (Entry level, Managerial level, Executive Level).
• Overseas/International Recruitment: working on all International recruitment process to hire people from multi countries and difference levels (Mid, Senior, and executive level.
• Interview candidates to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills, and provide feedback against job standards.
• Maintains and update the Contracts for Saudi and non-Saudi to ensure all contracts are aligned with the new Saudi labor law.
• Sourcing the candidates through online channels.
• Scheduling interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
•communicate with departments managers to identify hiring needs.
•Coordinating and follow up with the external agencies regarding overseas recruitment.
•Preparing offers and contracts for the new employees.
•On-boarding.
Recruitment: working on sourcing recruitment, screening interviews and prepare a weekly reports
