• Oversees all pre-employment/on-boarding processes.

• Oversees and ensures timely and accurate closure of HR and administration tasks/requests/queries and resolves any discrepancies as necessary when and as requested.
• Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies, and guidelines.
• Provides support in Employee Relation matters such as recognition initiatives, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, separations, policies, and procedures queries etc. Solves disputes between employees for minor and major misconducts.
• Assists in Investigating incidence of violations or infractions of established HR policies and/or regulatory provisions, resolving or providing guidance to line supervisors on how to handle them.
• Monitors and provides reports to the HR Manager on issues related to employee relations within the organization, reports accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions.

Recruitment Responsibilities
• Search, pre-screen, shortlist, and Phone screening the CV’s.
• Tracks status of open jobs on daily basis.
• Uses various methods to post jobs, maintain job postings and make adjustment.
