project (upgrade security facilities - east west pump station#4 / package-2).

proper document version control, secure access, prevention of obsolete document use, and efficient document
exchange between project stakeholders.

Monitored and completed the erection pipes activities of different diameter for instrument air; sanitary water; firefighting system; vapor ammonia; desalinated water; potable water; sulphuric acid; sea water; natural gas plant air; liquid ammonia; low pressure steam; nitrogen distribution; clean storm water recovery; purified phosphoric acid 85% storage tanks; conveyor system; rotating & stationary equipments; reclaimer and rail track as per API 686 standard and Ma’aden specification.
• I acted as a supervisor for: engineering; procurement and construction (EPC)project to pump total of 80, 000 m³ of desalination water from 3 stations deep wells raw water including water analysis tests and evaluate the results as per standard; including also 12, 000 meter length (M/L)of ductile iron(DI)pipes;10'000(M/L)of fiberglass reinforced plastics(FRP)pipes;150(M/L) SS;PVC;GI;1000(M/L)of internal asphalt road and overall project concrete, warehouse and documents control activities as per ministry of water and electricity specification.
• I acted as a supervisor in full shut down service of running plant cleaning; hydro-jetting; hydro-testing; chemicals change; catalyst; gaskets for columns; vessels; bundle; tubes; and other utilities as per procedure and JANA/SABIC specification.
• I acted as a supervisor of mechanical; instrumentation; piping major scope constitutes of 26, 000 linear meter (M/L) piping; 700Ton pipe supports; 3, 136Ton equipments; 5, 563Ton steel structural; field instruments; fire alarm system as per Nama-120-Epoxy expansion project specification.
• I conducted numerous internal audits for (Safety, maintenance, movement and operation and document Control) departments.

• Inspected the preparation/installation of pipes; piping supports; sand-plasting; painting and tagging of C.S; G.I; S.S and P.V.C pipes; monitoring of nondestructive tests scoop at our main work-shop/sites and prepare the final reports.
Key achievement
• Delivered gradually after quality evaluation the total of 245-meter length (M/L) of PVC; SS; GI and CS pipes and elbows; flanges; gasket and valves to different owner's sites for installation.
• Evaluated and certified 150 welders as per projects requirements.
• Deserved appreciation from company and up grated my position from inspector to supervisor.

Accomplished mission of 32 units C.S type pay-pass lines 24"diameter and 102 meter overall with all nondestructive tests (NDT) required.
• Completed 7, 241Ton of steel structure Skelton along with applicable nondestructive tests.
• Monitored all activities for 6 km\L interconnecting Pipeline (×52) from PDOC to GNPOC marine terminals project. CS type - Schedule 40; 80 - 36" diameter.
• Finished scoop of 7 nos. sub-station buildings including all utilities; lightings; HVAC; firefighting; plumbing and associated facilities and foundation for power transformer with 5, 152 M³ of concrete works; 250 Ton of steel structure; 54, 150(M/L) of cable laying and 2, 650 M² of roofing works.

• Completed the scoop of work with 90% of quality goal.
• Applied required NDT; handle interpretation; evaluation and final reports.
• Deserved appreciate certificate with exclusive reward from PDOC&GNPOC (owner).

• Inspected the excavation; installation; welding; hydrotesting and coating for under & above ground carbon steel piping schedule (1.5" up to 6") diameter piping job for 140 Km/L from Crude wells to Central Processing Facilities.
• Applied required NDT; assisted our team in results interpretation; evaluation and final reports.

• Completed the scoop of work within scheduled time and quality goal.
