1- Costing Analysis:
Develop, maintain, and analyze standard costs for all products and services, ensuring accuracy and alignment with production processes.
Conduct variance analysis (material, labor, overhead) to identify root causes of deviations from standard costs and recommend corrective actions.
Perform cost-benefit analysis for new products, projects, and process improvements.
Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Supply Chain teams to gather data for costing models and understand operational impacts.
Review and update bill of materials (BOMs) and routing information to ensure accurate cost calculations.

2- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records:
Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory quantities.
Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts.
3- Stock Control & Reconciliation:
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances.
Reconcile physical inventory with system records and report findings.
Implement corrective actions to minimize stock losses.
4- Coordination & Communication:
Liaise with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to manage stock inflow and outflow.
Coordinate timely replenishment of stock to prevent shortages or overstocking.
5- Inventory Reporting:
Prepare inventory status reports. Analyze inventory data to identify trends
6- Systems & Documentation:
Use inventory management software and SAP system to track inventory movements.
Maintain proper documentation for all inventory transactions.
7- Process Improvement:
Suggest and implement improvements to inventory control processes.
Support audits and implement audit recommendations.

Record financial transactions in accounting software (Oracle).
2- Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Manage outgoing payments and incoming revenues.

Prepare and post journal entries.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
4- Financial Reporting:
