1. Identify and understand the unconventional channels in preparation for (Products) launch in Saudi Arabia
2. Implement activation plans set by his line manager to meet KPIs
3. Conduct group outings with consumers to get insights on the best activation approaches
4. Test Communication materials and Engagement ideas within various Unconventional Touch points
5. Implement Awareness Activities (referrals) during Launch in other GCC markets
6. Test Activation (Events plug-ins) prior to (Products) launch
7. Conduct daily Spot checks on Promoters working on conventional and unconventional touch points
8. Initiate monthly coverage plan which will be shared by line managers
9. Providing periodic feedback and recommendation on how to improve the overall process
10. Assess competitive environment and come with action plans
11. Perform any other ad-hoc duties or assignments related to functions as directed
responsible for the performance of a variety
of duties categorized by either financial or administrative support including front desk
customer service, posting the daily receipts, preparing deposits, coding, totaling,
batching, entering, verifying and reconciling transactions such as accounts payable and
receivable, payroll, purchase orders, cheques, invoices, cheque requisitions, and bank
statements. Administrative responsibilities include file management, correspondence
drafting, funding program support, and ensuring supplies to the office are managed and
maintained. Administrative duties also include developing and maintaining
administrative systems and performing clerical duties, such as word processing,
meeting minute taking, scanning and photocopying.
