Responsible for streamlining HR functions,
reporting on HR metrics, enhancing workforce
retention, predicting staffing needs, managing termination processes,
managing risk, ensuring staff wellness, and ensuring compliance
Provide human capital guidance and advice to a
variety of companies, may develop human resource models, advise
businesses on policies and procedures, and resolve any issues that a
company might have with its workforce, also assist with recruiting and
training new employees
•Design a compensation package based on business goals strategy that matches our
work and organizational culture.
•Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks (Salary Survey).
• Considering the benefits that the employee receives in addition to the salary and
proposing grants for the employees.
• Responsible for opening a social insurance file and private medical insurance file.
•Responsible for implementing end-of-service procedures regarding resignation,
release of party and liquidation of the covenant.
•Responsible for preparing a statement of monthly variables (new appointments /
reappointments / interruptions / resignations)
Creating and update Job description for all the company
•Performing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes,
and interviewing applicants (blue & white collar)
•Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
•Responsible for preparing and closing the monthly salaries for the employees
• Handling Social Insurance Transactions Updating daily employees database and files.
• Generate all the periodical reports/data needed to be submitted to the government
labor office and social insurance.
