Safc industrial complex includes (a polymer plant, soap liquid, and paste plant, carton plant, powder plant, sterilizer plant, and aerosol plant ). My responsibility is to ensure efficient operation of electrical systems and equipment prevent malfunction and troubleshoot electrical problems and main duties:
1- Overseeing the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment used in the packaging process.
2- Troubleshooting major system failures and equipment malfunctions.
3- Maintaining a safe and clean work area.
4- preventive maintenance
5- utility maintenance ( generator, Compressor, chiller, cooling tower, etc..)
6- Working in collaboration with the production team to formulate the best cost-effective manufacturing process.
7- Equipment Upgrades
8- Quick response to inquiries whenever a malfunction occurs, and solve the problem as soon as possible.
9- ensure the smooth functioning of electrical systems and machinery critical to the packaging process,
10-maintaining operational efficiency, and minimize disruptions in production.
11- Maintaining work in accordance with the company's quality standards system.
12-Making orders for spare parts according to technical specifications.
13- Participation in the company's research and development process.
14- Attend the periodic meetings and the monthly production meeting and make the necessary proposals and solutions.
Alasaad steel factory produces steel bars ( 8, 10, 12, 16, 20, 25, 32)mm my responsibility Maintaining the perfect condition of equipment and ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems and equipment necessary for production. Below are some specific duties :
1- carrying out maintenance, repair, and calibration of electrical equipment and machinery used in production lines, such as motors, control systems, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), VFDs, and sensors.
2- minimize downtime by conducting predictive and preventive maintenance, ensuring that machinery operates efficiently and reliably.
3-Managing spare parts inventory for electrical components and equipment.
4- provide original spare parts.
5- periodic maintenance for DC motor ( replace brushless).
6- Fast Emergency Response.
