2. Accounting customers with different payments methods (Cash, Visa, Mobiles Apps, Vouchers, and Charge invoices).
3. Customers Service at the cash counter.
4. Responding to customer's calls for answer their questions and take their orders.
5. Registering customers in loyalty programs, updating their data and disbursing their rewards.
6. Responsible for the weekly inventory of some products.
7. Sending and receiving mail to other branches.
8. Dispensing the necessary supplies to the different departments.
1. Preparing a training plan with a deadline as directed by the training manager.
2. Training a new employee in different stations according the plan.
3. Flow up with old employees and make sure that they applying the standards and doing their tasks on a level of speed and efficiency that required.
4. Supervising the staff and distributing them.
5. Handlingl customers complaints.
6. Inventors for the goods and cash.
