•Maintenance Technicians for the Fire Fighting & Fire Detection systems and responsible for the Inspection, Testing & Maintenance of Fire Protection systems such as Wet Pipe Sprinkler System, Deluge, Deluge-Foam System, Fire Hydrant, Fire Pump, FM-200/NOVEC-1230 & HP & LP CO2 Systems, PIV, Fire Hose Box, Fire Extinguisher, Kitchen Hood system(R-102) etc.
• Administer the preparation and monitoring of work permits prior to start of operation as required by client.
• Coordinate with the crews to accomplish works in an efficient and cost effective manner, and assure that safety rules and procedures are being followed.
• Inspect completed work to assure compliance with specifications.
• Monitoring the status of preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance job order.
• Leading the manpower on work site.
• Meeting the clients and discussing the issue of the workplace and recommending solutions as per standards.
• Conducting the inventory for availability of required spare parts/materials and preparing quotations/local purchase request to local suppliers.
• Conducting the site visit of the plant to get a brief description & to analysis the system required required for Fire Fighting & Safety.
