• Stakeholder Management: Acting as the primary focal point between the client, consultants, and vendors to
streamline architectural approvals and material procurement.
• Technical Problem Solving: Managed a complex Dewatering system in the Obhur Al-Shamaliyah coastal area;
successfully mitigated high groundwater levels and seawater infiltration, delivering foundation works ahead of
schedule with optimized costs.
• Leadership: Directing the full site execution, managing the transition from structural completion to high-spec
architectural handover.
Makkah Project
• Structural: Supervised the execution of Post-Tension (PT) slabs and high-durability civil works.
• Architectural: Managed the installation of Skylights, Swimming Pools, and professional-grade Artificial Turf and
Rubber

• Administration: Managed subcontractor invoices and variation orders for general landscaping and infrastructure. |

• Interpreted complex technical blueprints and engineering drawings to analyze upcoming infrastructure
requirements.
• Supervised excavation levels and pipe installations to ensure rigorous alignment with approved engineering
designs and site specifications.
