Provide 'serial control' of mechanical parts made for AIRBUS
1-Check documentary (Nomenclature, plan), check whether the previous steps are validated or not (Sawing, adjustment, etc.)
2-Dimensional control with measuring devices (sliding calipers, rugosimeter, ext.)
3-Visual inspection of manufactured parts (Burrs, shocks, scratches, lack of holes, countersink, chamfer, shouldering, radius, etc.)
4-Measure the electrical conductivity of the piece by the conductivi-meter
5-Use CREO VIEW 3D to check some details not included in the 2D plan
6-There are some parts that they need Tri-dim measure, we transport the pieces to Quality department to execute this operation
7-Zipp* the file on the database with the software S.A.P
8-Save all controlled files's parts on EXCEL

If the compliant file it will be send to the painting operation to MECA PROTEC factory
If not, the folder will return to the retouch area
