1. Posting.
2. Cvs screening .
3. Phone interviews.
4. Setting date for interviews.
5. Select the appropriate candidate for the job regarding of interview points.
6. Prepare job offer and send it via email to them.
7. Prepare job contract and sit with candidates and ensure of showing them what job contract means .
8. Add fresh employees to the system and then guide them to their work office.
