international standards using the latest state-of-art eco-friendly technology with an eye on

Job Description:
• Manage the planning and establishment of long and short-term goals for HR and
Admin activities to ensure that the objectives and programs for the Department
are aligned to the vision, mission, and overall guidelines.
• Manage and follow up the Implementation of the annual budget and business
plan for the HR and Admin Departments to ensure the alignment with top
management expenditure requirements.
• Oversee the implementation of the HR and Admin Policies and Procedures
according to company’s strategic goals to ensure goals are met.
• Responsible for the payment authorization of all departments to monitor
company expenditure by reviewing actual against budget.
• Is a delegate to various committees as a trusted representative and advisor to
the committee and the board by following up and reporting on required process
and policies.
• Develop and oversee Operations by applying best practices plans to ensure
efficiency and effectiveness of HR and Admin departments.

Review the quality of the HR and Admin departments’ deliverables to ensure
their alignment with the company policies and procedures.
• Report to the steering committee and board regularly the updates of the
performance of the HR and Admin departments by collecting performance data
from unit managers.
• Participate as a member of the Remuneration committee assigned by the board
to approve unplanned decisions and approve necessary actions to facilitate
operations.
• Design and implement new systems and processes of the HR and Admin to
facilitate work flows and operations.
• Facilitate, follow up and maintain Company Business relations with governmental
authorities and vendors to guarantee continues support and smooth flow of work
and operations.
• Represent the company on all negotiations with external parties and suppliers to
guarantee company’s best interest is achieved in addition to having authorized
signatory for cheques issued by the company for external providers to maintain
cost and confidentiality.
• Monitor the activities of HR, Admin and security within all Plants to ensure
alignment to company goals and objectives by performing regular and periodic
visits to all plants.

performance.
• Participates in development, implementation and maintenance of policies, objectives,
short-and long-range planning; develops and implements projects and programs to
assist in accomplishment of established goals.
• Assists subordinates in performance of duties; reviews cases with subordinates as
appropriate and provides guidance and direction.
• Assists in the annual budget planning process and regularly monitors expenditures.
• Develops confidentiality recordkeeping procedures and manages appropriate
department records in accordance with applicable regulations, policies, and
standards.
• Attends meetings and workshops, and participates on committees, as assigned.
• Represents the department at business and community meetings, as appropriate.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
